Yesterday, after playing waterbombs at NP(i whacked one into a guys face and his specs flew.its a game right?)

i checked my phone and saw 3 miss calls from Mr Tan. He told me my appeal was successful :)

Beatrice & I were like " yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!"

yay no more ICS

and i was suppose to go for their orientation today BUT while i was in outram walking towards the train to take towards Potong Pasir, i felt really very VERY itchy

rashes were popping up on my body and face like my body was some rash hotel!

i was like " wtf is happening!?!?dont scratch dont scraaaaaaaatch"

i felt like the mutants on FRINGE(channel 5)

the last time this happened was 2 years ago

YOU JUST FEEL LIKE PEELING YOUR FOOT OFF WITH A PEELER AND SCRATCHING YOUR FACE WITH 9 INCH NAILS(haha 9 inch nails.)

so i messeges Mr Tan and told him about my rash attack

my freaking nose and lips expanded ( they looked like angelina Jo's lips)

He told me to go consult a doctor and he would inform my OG28 tutor.

First day at the last day of SA's orientation, poof gone.

And then, i had to think of how to cover my face and make my way to clementi polyclinic

i couldn't improvise much beacause all i had with me that i could use to cover my allergic reacted face with was my bag and hands.

but seriously, i wouldn't cover my face with my bag

that would have looked plain...weird.

covering my face with my hands would give the impression that i was crying

so, i 'solved' it by facing the floor

and wondered how people with permanent physical deformities live their lives

i got really moody and irritated because people were staring

but what could i have done?

luckily the ordeal only lasted a few hours

i went to the docs, got a cab, applied rash cream, popped 7 pills and went to sleep

when i awoke, all that looked 'weird' was the soar eye on my left

Ah, couldn't buy uniform today :(:(:(:(:(

and the freaking muscle calf muscle cramp isn't making things better eithr

i cant even walk properly.

I HOPE I GO TO SCHOOL TOMORROW!

Sundays are (normally)
'Hawker centre food day', 'Chicken day' and 'Cleaning-up-your-room- day'
The first & the last have ben accomplished so far.
one in the middle, yet to be. because my mom is still vaccumming.

Anyway, while i was cleaning up my stuff AND my sister's junk,
i slapped an ant to its death.
I dont even know if that was an accident, but i would like to believe it was

There's a cat that sits on the chair right outside my house

today when i opened the gate to hang the laundry,

It gave me a spastic meow(think of a cat meowing in the arctic)

My sister says Flora's afraid.

I say Flora wants to bite.

Flora always gives me this angry look with her scary eyes

Her eyes, a thin black brushstroke against the canvas of her yellow iris

My sister says Its beacuse Flora finds it sunny.

I still think Flora wants to bite

I think this is what her spastic outcry means:

" Stop invading my privacy on my chair you idiot and your attempts of singing loudly inorder to scare me away, dont work.loser."

Though the minute i step outside, she zooms away towards the other cat, Hong Hong Bao who has blue eyes and always sleeps in his rattan basket.

decided to finally appeal with Beatrice after i realised that NY's culture really wasn't for me.

the orientation went something like this:clapping, CHEERS,cheers, more cheeers, claps, stamping feet,"wohoooooo! *claps*

not me.

i'm not saying NY's bad though, dont get me wrong

i just wasnt suited to it.

eventhough i've never spoken to her, i still know who she is and when i learnt that she was not alive anymore, i was seriously shocked

prom was awesomeeee!

went there by taxi(pumpkin.hahah) with stanley, eunice and yu hung

we thought we were gonnabe late cause the traffic was mad, but we weren't and saw everybody waiting at the lobby

company, food, ambiance was great :D

everyone was looking all smart and pretty

i think the emcees and the prom committee did a good job :D

loved the ad game they played.

esp when andre, XH and Yong meng were sporting enough to go onto stage and reenact some thai advert of 3 guys in a 'hurricane'

Andres expression at the end was priceless!

everybody laughed their asses off.

The past few days have been mentally tough and the prelims are finally here. so fast!

An acquintance whom i used to know died

when my mom told me i was seriously shocked.

We were in the same bus when we went to Malacca last year and i've seen him in some parties and have spoken to him bfr also..and eventhough i wasn't close to him, the news was still shocking.

He had just came back from Mc that night, was watching the ManU match, went to have a bath and then passed away after his bath.

I wanted to follow my mum to pay my last respects but i had O lvl oral that day
i just hope his parents stay strong by living with his memories

It really got me thinking cause you dont know when you're gonna die..

I dont even know if i'll live up till 17 or 18 or 19 or if i'll marry, have kids, drive a car or whataver

and then i think of all the things & people i'll miss when im dead

So far, today's going great :D

in the morning we went to the Silat Road Sikh Temple(the one at Bukit Merah) for the 'nishaan shaib' seva

my family decided to do the change of cloth for the nishaan sahib this time

my first time.

first, you remove the old cover and then wash the area with milk and water.

the pole was also washed with milk so milk was falling on our heads below.

& then, once the new cover is in place, flowers are thrown from above

so it was like raining milk, and then raining flowers.

Hi.

So, here goes.

It's about a Kitty Cat

My Accidental Shitty Kitty.

She came to my house in a gift that was wrapped

smiled politely & put up such an act

& then, in a flash she was out of my house

I dont know where, but i knew she was lost.

She turned her head left, and turned her head right

but there was no one who would help her in her sight.

No one stopped to help her out

She thought of begging, but then again, it was not allowed.

Now she knew she was going to be DEAD

& she very much missed her warm basket bed

She missed her fish that she ate at breakfast

but she was so hungry, she wouldn't mind eating lettuce

Two days later, i met her on a street

looking so pathetic and smelling of shit

She meowed, lept up and started licking me

& that was when i fell in love with her instantly

Yes, she was the gift wrapped kitty cat

given to me by dear old bernedette

One day, Kitty Cat ate Bernedette's chicken

so, Bernedette taught Kitty Cat a big big lesson

& gave away Kitty Cat to me as my 8th year present

So now Kitty Cat's sitting on my lap

& chewing on some disgusting dead rat

She looks like a white potato sack

but that's beacause she's already old and very fat.

Today, after 1247637869273452 years i kicked a soccer ball

played soccer with the guys in my class for PE today

eventhough i was in Bakar and Tameez's team, we still lost cause Samuel & Nelson are kinda good

and i think Kuang Hui's a good defender.

it was fun and finally i touched the soccer ball!!! :D

cannot sleep in class bfr school starts already.

Saturday.
saturday was very tiring
woke up feeling surprisingly fresh(i slept @ 9pm on Friday thats why) @ 8am, got ready and went to punjabi school
class was as usual: laughs, 'shut up's!' navneet, kiran, funny guys and harmeet finally came. hahaha
okay after that, i went to my grandma's and then for tuition at queenstown CC
was kinda pissed cause i couldn't do some questions
after tuition ended at 5.30pm, i decided to go study alone in the library until 9pm
i seriously hope my best is enough for wednesday's ppr

Sunday.
woke up, found out that sis and mum went to temple so i had to make my own breakfast
washed the dishes, hung the clothes, made my room and then watched Tv for abit
then, i studied Chem and did abit of Emath questions
in the afternoon my mother suggested to go watch a movie. yayyy
so i called my aunty and cousin to come join us
went to the library to study Amath abit in the evening & then @ 8pm, we left for shaw towers to watch...

Sunday

woke up @10 am, was felling feverish so i checked my temp.38 degrees
ate the butterfly fried bread thingy, gurgled warm water, popped panadol & went back to bed again till 1pm.
then, i woke up at 1pm, got ready and went over to my grandma's place.
my uncle and cousins were coming late so i popped another panadol and slept till about 4

@ 4 when everybody came, we left for the national stadium!!
was feeling slightly better by then but i felt much more better when we arrived at the stadium
saw so many familiar faces and i didn't know they supported liverpool also :)
we sat at the north stand
the atmosphere was great
people(especially at the KOP stand) were cheering and singing and all
and then there was this joker, who wore his ManU shirt and walked up the KOP stand
i think he said smth offensive cause suddenly, the KOP stand started to chorus" ManU sucks! ManU sucks!"
i also joined in. hahaha
i think that fella is lost.
he ran and then the police came and forced him to wear his shirt inside out or else, get out of the stadium as they didn't want a riot to start.
after some woman sang you'll never walk alone- which was quite fast- the match began!

was kinda boring
but benayoun was solid at attacking
Veronin scored the first goal minutes before the end of first half.
i think Singapore defended quite well in the first half
and there were a few chances as well, so well done Singapore!

2nd half

come 2nd half was when Liverpool started playing their game Dirk Kuyt came in, Torres and Xabi Alonso came in!

unlucky thing for us was that 2nd half,Liverpool were attacking towards the South
but we were sitting at the North which was the entrence of Liverpool's Locker room

for me, Kuyt was the man of the match

all in all, i had an awesome time

THURSDAY

school was as usual

physics is so slack, its scary.

Mr Nathan doesn't do much which means i must self study more for physics.

okay, anyway had physics theory which we did in the lab

lab is such a not good place for studying..it makes you sleep.

after doing our work for like half an hour, we spent the rest of the time talking

then, XingHao and i started to talk about Harry potter

and since baba wasn't interested, she snoozed.

i've got the tickets to watch liverpool on the 26th!

this was what actually happened:

THURSDAY

went with my dad to Tampinese to courts to get tickets.

dont have.

so, my dad said he'd get them the next day. i told him to msg me if he got them.

FRIDAY

he msged me in school saying they got sold out.

so i msged my cousin to help to ask if ppl are selling..little did i know he was in the 'plan' as well.

so he obviously msged me that he didn't know anybody who had extra tickets & discouraged me from getting them online.

SATURDAY

after my usual visit to my grandma on saturdays, i went home.

my cousin & his wife were there.

i asked him again about the tickets..he said dont have.

at that point i really could feel myself tearing up.

so because i didn't want my cousinto notice i was tearing, i went into my room and read a book.

distract myself.

then my dad came in and told me to look behind a picture in the prayer room

i went in, and there they were.

2 north stand tickets!

my dad had gotten them on that friday itself(when he told me they were sold out)

i tell you, i screamed and hugged him and then screamed again.

then, he told me he wasn't going cause he wants my brother to go.

getting the tickets was bittersweet

today, time seemed to be passing by sooo slowly.

came to school riggggght on the dot today.

i like to come to school right on the dot & have been doing that these few days

first period, Chem: we went to the lab..again. forgot to bring the practical worksheet. thankfully, Ms.Ong didn't scold (:

then we had SS : copy, copy copy corrections.

i don't really go down for recess so ordered 2 chicken steak(standard)

fast forward to mother tongue. that was when i started to feel sleepy already

was reading a new book i borrowed when suddenly i heard old chinese songs.

first, i thought it was listening compre but the chinese teacher was playing chinese songs. & singing

luckily 10 minutes left to next period

come math, woah. super sleepy

did the 'act studying' trick

held the pencil in my left hand(although im a righty)

shielded my eyes from Ms.soon's view with my right.

but then XH and Mahe threw eraser pieces & woke me up.

yes hello.

yesterday, i kick scootered over to my grandma's cause i wanted to watch 'What Dreams May Come' & ' Martian Child' on HBO cause i dont frigging have HBO.

i was 10 mins late so i whizzzzed on the alexandra park connector and my hair was ALL OVER.

the ppl at the skating area were all looking but i didn't give a rats fart.

and it was all worth it(:

both movies were gooood.

Friday, Aesthetics Night.
felt like wearing RED on friday
Overall, Aesthetics night was okay (& it's my last one!)
ok so went there with diana and siti
(i love diana's nike high cut)
& i find people watching very interesting
some upper sec/lower sec girls came for the event as if it were prom
when the teachers danced to marjaani( the bollywood song)
i was like " of all the songs...?-_- hahah"
but it was really surprising to know that some teachers can shake them asses(:
teared when they showed the michael jackson video
& the dance to 'Beat it' was so funny!
esp that hand movement they did in the air
some were saying the shortest of them all was Mrs. Raja. HAHAHA
her hand movement was especially um, graceful.

the initial plan was to go to henderson wave cause believe it or not, i've never been to that place
bfr.
but then, Diana had to go home early so Siti, Raudha, Zakiah, Fatin and myself went to JP to eat
had to get home early cause i had punjabi school the next day so i left with Fatin home first
it was fun joking with Fatin in the train
we talked about school and stuff and laughed and laughed and laughed
my stomach muscles finally had a workout after weeks.
and she almost spit her mountain dew on me.

i dunno why but the moment i woke up yesterday, i felt so not..me?
i was like damn cranky and twitchy
plus, to add to my moody disposition, it was raining.

today, i woke up @ 6 am.

thats the earliest i've woken eversince the 'holidays' started

nvm, must start waking up earlier already..to prepare for next semester which'll start next week! :D

anyway, my cousin tried out for s'pore idol and he got past the first round which was infront of the producers and today, was the 2nd audition which was infront of Dick, Florence & Ken

(they told all the contestants to wear the same clothes they wore at the first audition so that to the viewers @ home, it would look as if there was only 1 audition.)

sadly, he didn't make it.

& the funny thing is, it's not because he cannot sing..it's cause of 'the image'

my cousin's into rock-daughtry,Guns&Roses,U2, all those kinda bands

okay so the thing was, Dick Lee didn't think my cousin potrayed the 'rocker' image

just fyi, S'pore idol's a singing competition

i didn't really care when i became twice in a row but when i became donkey 3 times in a row, i was like ' okay, i bet i'll not be the donkey this time'

& as revenge, i took a huge bite off my sister's brownie.

today i went to Simran's place to prac for the new year performance

okay, i'm back from mother india
came back on saturday, 3am
the first thing i attacked was the mega mac burger
not that i didn't eat Mcdonalds, i did. in chandigarh..which is like a 6 hour bus ride from amritsar
& it's called the maharaja mc. (maharaja=king)

some park in chandigarh
i liked the tree, so i took a picture with it.

so for the first 2 weeks i had flu
and then the following week, i had some gas issues
for 2 weeks we didn't really go out..cause my grandma's sister was along with us..and my mother didn't want anything to happen to her if we were to go out or whataver
so, we went to different temples
kinda boring
but then, after 2 weeks, we went to chandigarh
that place reminded me of malaysia
& the people there are damn fashionable
some guys there looked like models

i've discovered the most irritating sound of all time ( according to me)
the soud of a damn mosquito flying around your ear at night.
that sound haunted my nights
i didn't bother hiding my head under the thick-&-heavy blanket..cause i couldn't freaking breathe under it
unfortunatly, in the end i had to because that sound made me wanna squash the shit out of the mosquito
and in the morning when you wake up and cough, you can see water vapour coming out of your mouth

everyday there'll be different chappatis
potato chappati, cauliflower chappati, spinach chappati & so on
but i really liked the food there
simple but delish :)
after tt, we'll all climb up to the roof and soak in the sun and watch my borther and cousin fly and cut other peoples kites
my uncle's house is one of the highest in the village so you can see other people on the roof tops
basically, i spent the days exploring the village and shopping
and gazing at the thousands of stars onthe rooftop with coldplay in my ears
damn beautiful i tell you
i tried taking a pic of the stars but all i got was a black screen
too bad you cant get to see stars in singapore
thats one of the images i wont be able to forget..the stars.

i dunno why but when i saw the lights from the plane when we were about to land, the Swades song started playing in my head

that was one of those "im-damn-proud-to-be-a-singaporean' moment
i spent my time watching " Angus, Thongs and perfect snogging" on my way to amritsar
but coming back to amritsar, i just listened to the radio

too bad i didn't have a ruler to measure how wide her mouth span is

but i'll miss my maternal side family in India

yesterday, Raudha & I decided to go support QSS at Breathe'08
unfortunately, they didn't get the chance to play(i also don't really know why)
watching ppl ride on the bull's freaking FUNNY to the max max man!
esp if you have jill laughing beside you.

went to kiki's house tday with nav.

i think i can pass it cause i knew how to do most of the questions except just 1 or 2

im so scared for my frrrrreaking CHEMISTRY PAPER
so much to learn, so little time to rmb all
well, its my fault anyway
i still rmb i had a '2008 new year resolution'
resolution #? : go home & revise whatever i learnt in school

okay, maybe when there was a test the next day.

we went there for some course
actually, we were suppose to go for the "Arts&Science of Shopper's Attraction"
but by fate, we 'lost' our way to the lecture theatre
it was then that we decided to go for "Communications & Management"
It's a super cool course
serious!
Its a course in which we'll learn the 'fundamental journalistic,communication and design skills'
and the career opportunities are TV presenters, Radio and Tv producers, Executives
got alot la
& the best part is, the grades required for math is grades 1-7
heh
we were doing this really fun thing where you get to write your 10 sec 'report' and talk infront of a camera
like those journalists you get to see on the TV
siti volunteered me. thanks eh
but i dont regret it one bit !
eventhough the footage was displayed infront EVERYONE
even the bloopers were shown
so candid&funny!
